Human Rights. ROA acts as a guardian of the Bill of Rights by steadfastly buttressing the wall of separation between prayer and policy, unequivocally championing free speech and loudly speaking out on behalf of women, immigrants, citizens of color, the disabled, and members of the LGBTQ community. It puts elected officials’ feet to the fire, either face to face or via demonstrations and letter-writing, challenging them to work uncompromisingly for the benefit of their constituents.
